l73 Terms & Conditions

This page sets out the official terms governing use of the l73 platform, as well as players' rights and responsibilities.

These terms apply to all players from the moment they access the l73 platform.

Section 1 — Introduction and Agreement

These "Terms and Conditions" (referred to below as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the l73 platform and any player who uses it (referred to below as the "Player").

By visiting the l73 website, opening an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, you are considered to have read and agreed to all terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the l73 platform immediately.

l73 may update this Agreement at any time with prior notice. If a player continues to play after an update, they are considered to have accepted the changes.

Section 2 — Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

The l73 platform is for adults aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing or playing on the platform. l73 is not responsible for any losses resulting from the participation of a person under 21.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

When registering an account, players must fill in their name, date of birth, and contact details accurately and completely. Accounts opened with false information may be suspended without prior notice, and the remaining balance may be blocked from withdrawal.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at l73. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, the duplicate account or all accounts may be closed and any bonuses forfeited.

Section 3 — Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Registration

Players may only access and play on the l73 platform using their own personal account. Players are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided when registering.

3.2 Security Responsibilities

Players must keep their account login credentials (username and password) secure at all times.
No third party may be given access to your l73 account.
If any unauthorized access is detected, l73 support must be notified immediately.
Players are personally responsible for all financial transactions carried out through their own account.

3.3 Account Closure

Players may request to close their account voluntarily through l73 support. l73 also has the right to close an account if these terms are violated or if prohibited activities are detected.

Section 4 — Rules on Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on the l73 platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is 10,000 Ks.

The deposit method and account holder must belong to the player themselves. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
After a deposit is made, the time for it to appear on the platform depends on the processing times of the respective banks, based on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).
If there is any issue with a deposit, a screenshot showing proof of payment must be shared with support.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may only withdraw using the same method they used to deposit into their account. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours (MMT).
Before requesting a withdrawal, players may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
If the submitted information does not match, the withdrawal may be suspended pending review.
l73 reserves the right to conduct financial security checks at any time.

Money laundering and fraudulent financial activities are strictly prohibited. If suspicious deposit or withdrawal activity is detected, an investigation may be conducted and the transaction suspended.

Section 5 — Rules on Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The l73 welcome bonus matches 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be completed.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks.

Another example — If you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total of 620,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The validity period and eligible games for each bonus can be found on the bonus promotions page.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
If bonus abuse strategies are detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.
l73 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotions at any time.

Section 6 — Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the l73 platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that results are unpredictable and fair.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Using bots, crawlers, or any automated playing technology that plays without the player's direct involvement is prohibited.
Any scheme intended to exploit or manipulate the game system is prohibited.
Collusion — teaming up to play against the game — is prohibited.
Deliberately exploiting a bug in a game to gain an advantage is prohibited.

6.3 Disconnection

If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical problem on the player's side, the result will be determined based on the server records.

Section 7 — Personal Data Protection and Security

l73 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. Information provided by players will be handled only in accordance with the Privacy Policy (read it here).

Players' personal data will not be sold to third parties.
Data may be shared with authorized organizations only when required by law.
Game records are retained for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

Section 8 — Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The l73 platform is provided "as-is" and we cannot guarantee 100% continuous availability. l73 is not responsible for losses caused by server-side errors, third-party service provider issues, or events beyond our control (Force Majeure).

All betting decisions are the player's own. l73 cannot be held responsible for any financial or personal losses resulting from a player's betting activity.

Players use the l73 platform at their own risk, and l73 does not take responsibility for financial outcomes. Since betting carries the risk of financial loss, please manage your finances carefully.

Section 9 — Intellectual Property Rights

The l73 platform and all content within it — including designs, software, graphics, registered trademarks, and data — are the intellectual property of l73 and are protected by law.

Copying, distributing, or reproducing any content without prior written permission from l73 is prohibited.
Reverse engineering the software or attempting to decompile and copy the platform is prohibited.

Section 10 — Dispute Resolution

10.1 Initial Step

If any issue arises between a player and l73, the player must first contact us via 24/7 Live Chat or at [email protected] to seek a resolution.

10.2 Server Records

Any dispute will be decided based on server records. l73's server records take precedence over a player's personal notes or screenshots.

10.3 Claim Period

Financial disputes must be raised within 30 days of the date the transaction occurred. l73 will not be able to process claims submitted after that period.

Section 11 — Amendments and Effective Date

l73 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the l73 website, or from the date stated in the notice.

Players should check the website regularly to stay up to date with any changes to the agreement. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be taken as acceptance of the changes.

What You Should Know About the Terms

This agreement takes effect from the moment you access the l73 platform, so we strongly recommend reading this page before opening an account or playing any game. You can contact [email protected] to learn more.

Your deposit itself can be withdrawn without meeting any wagering requirement — if you want to withdraw only your own funds without a bonus, no wagering is needed. However, if you want to withdraw winnings earned directly from a bonus, you must first complete wagering of 15x the bonus amount.

If a game disconnects due to an l73 server error and you want to make a claim, contact [email protected] right away with the game name, time of play, and MMT time. We will check the server logs and take appropriate action. Claims caused by disconnections on the player's side will not be considered.

l73 processes withdrawals within 30 minutes to 3 hours MMT under normal conditions. If that time has passed, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat with your withdrawal request ID to follow up. Please note that KYC verification may add extra processing time.

For major changes, l73 will publish an advance notice on the website. Continuing to play after a change takes effect is considered acceptance of that change, so please check the website regularly. For questions about any changes, contact [email protected].

If l73 finds that one person has opened two accounts, l73 has the right to close the duplicate account without notice and void any bonuses and winnings from that account. Only the original account will be kept, and any remaining balance will be reviewed before release. Each person may hold only one account.
